I purchased the Everlasting Heat Insole Foot Warmers 40 Pack, Disposable Adhesive Air Activated 10 Hour, TSA from Amazon and it was delivered in a timely fashion. I live in a basement area that gets a little chilly at night, so I was hoping for a convenient solution to warm my feet. I was not disappointed when given the opportunity to acquire this item. To use this item, all I had to do was open the package and affix it to the bottom of my socks or insert it in shoes or slippers. The insole was a little smaller than my foot, but not by much. I wear a size 11 women's shoe. The insole wasn't lumpy and didn't throw off the balance of my foot. The insole heated up right away and it does last a decent length of time. I would purchase this item again if needed and I would recommend this item to my family. amazon listing.
