I purchased the ACFITI Steppers for Exercise at Home , Adjustable Height Mini Stair Stepper with Resistance Bands, Twist Stepper with 350lbs Loading Capacity, Exercise Equipment for Full Body Workout (Included Mat) from Amazon and it was delivered in a timely fashion. I purchased this mini stepper for home use two years ago when I didn't want to go to the gym (Purchase: July, 2024) and and am very happy with it. I'm not convinced its a true replacement for gym equipment, but at least it's something. I don't have the greatest balance so I knew ahead of time using this machine would be a challenge. The balance issue can be solved, at least for me, by having a tall backed chair or wall close by. The motion itself is not fluid. It's really jerky and a little unnatural if you are pushing in the wrong spots. It's also not the best quality, but I got what I paid for. That being said, it is very easy to move around and store. It's lightweight and decently small. It doesn't take up a lot of room and for that alone it's a good purchase. I would purchase this item again if needed and I would recommend this item to my family. amazon listing.
