These bows are made with a thin good quality velvet burgundy ribbon. They can be used to hang in many different places like wreaths, Christmas tree, ornaments, and other projects. The bows are more delicate than I was anticipating which I think makes them more versatile. The bows have a gold twisty tie in the middle if you want to secure the bow to the tree without a hook.
