I purchased the Msndnjr Pink Rose Quartz Yoga Bracelet for Women - Stress Relief & Anxiety Healing Beads, Chakra Balancing Stretchable Bracelet, Pink Meditation Gift for Her, Delicate Spiritual Jewelry from Amazon and it was delivered in a timely fashion. This bracelet is a beautiful shade of pink. The beads are made with rose quartz and held together by an elastic band. The band itself is 7inches in diameter. My wrist fit just fine in the bracelet and it's 7inches. There was a little bit of give left in the elastic band but not enough where I would say it was loose. If your wrist fits into a regular watch band, this bracelet should fit fine. The bracelet comes with a cardboard card describing the bracelet's powers. I would purchase this item again if needed and I would recommend this item to my family. amazon listing.
