I purchased the Viecam 12-Pack Premium Activated Carbon Replacement Filters Compatible with PetSafe Drinkwell Original, Platinum, Big Dog, Multi-Tier, Outdoor Dog, Mini, Zen & Everflow Pet Fountains from Amazon and it was delivered in a timely fashion. I received a box of 12 premium activated carbon filters as described in the listing. These filters are the same size as other filters I have used in my cat's Drinkwell fountain. The filters also seem to be made of the same materials and have the same rigidity. I anticipate these filters will work out quite well. My cats have been using the Drinkwell fountain for years and it has proved itself to be a solidly consistent product. The water that comes out in our faucet is a tad orange, so I filter it with a filtering system before I give it to the cats, but the filter in the water fountain itself also helps. I would purchase this item again if needed and I would recommend this item to my family. amazon listing.
