I purchased the Wellrox Exercise Ball with Electric Pump - 55cm Anti-Burst Yoga Ball for Pregnancy, Pilates, Fitness & Physical Therapy, Home Gym Balance Chair for Office Desk from Amazon and it was delivered in a timely fashion. I used to have an exercise ball many different apartments ago back when I was younger and thinner. I used to use it as a chair sometimes. I agree that a yoga ball is an effective way to engage the core muscles without a lot of effort. I was actually missing that ball when I had the opportunity to acquire this Wellrox Exercise Ball with Electric Pump - 55cm. I received an exercise ball that is a pretty pastel pink color. I like that an electric pump is included which makes it easier to inflate and deflate as needed. I also like the toughness of the outside of the ball. I have two cats that like to scratch. I wouldn't think that they would bother this ball, but I would also like to think because the outside of the exercise ball is pretty strong, it might take some effort to pop it at least. The exercise ball also comes with instructions and a grey sack to put the pump in. The only thing I worry about with this ball is the amount of weight it will hold for a long time. I am not a thin person. It doesn't state in the listing what the recommended weight limit is for the exercise ball. The ball is marketed towards pregnant women, so I would like to think it could hold a heavier woman, but it could just be an exaggeration. Unless it is proven with time that the ball won't hold my weight, I would still purchase this item again if needed and I would recommend it to my family. amazon listing.
