I purchased the GWVEE NS-RC4NA-17 NSRC4NA17 Remote Control Replacement for Insignia LCD TV NS-32D311NA17 NS-39D310NA17 NS-40D510MX17 NS-40D510NA1 NS-24D310NA17 NS-24D510MX17 NS-24D510NA17 NS-32D310MX17 NS-32D310NA17 from Amazon and it was delivered in a timely fashion. It's amazing how a little Insignia remote made my day. When I acquired this product I was very tentative about it. I have a rather old insignia tv and the old remote broke on it at least a year ago. Even though it's much easier to have a remote for the tv it was still usable without one and I was too cheap to purchase a universal at the time. As time went on, the inconvenience of not having a remote outweighed the other reasons. I saw this product, but my tv's model wasn't listed since its a much older model that isn't sold anymore. I thought since it was an insignia tv the remote might be coded to my tv as well. When I received the remote, I had to find some batteries for it since they weren't included. There wasn't instructions either, but the listing claimed I didn't need any since it should work right away. The listing was correct. As soon as I put the batteries in the remote and pointed it at the tv, it worked. Very satisfied. I would purchase this item again if needed and I would recommend this item to my family. amazon listing.
