The positive crochet Thanksgiving turkey is a great seasonal (or maybe not seasonal if you like the Thanksgiving theme all year round) item. The toy does stand up on its own. The tail plumage does puff out to help stabilize it, but it doesn't need to be puffed out to stand up on its own. This is a well-made toy with vibrant colors and great details. The eyes and sign are firmly affixed. The yarn is a soft wool, and the toy is squishy. The turkey brought a smile to my face. I would assume that if you didn't want to keep it for yourself, then it would make a great gift for almost anyone. It could be given on its own or in addition to a greeting card. The turkey holds a sign that reads "Positive Turkey. I may be a tiny turkey, but I believe in you! Gobble up your goals and shine bright!". The toy is small and would fit almost anywhere.
