"I tried the VeggieCraft pasta made with Cauliflower at Mariano's Market. It was easy to find in the pasta area. When I first saw this pasta in the stores, I thought it was a bust. I am lukewarm about cauliflower and I didn't have any confidence in the product that it would stand up to the traditional pasta. I have to say that I am a convert. I like the new box design. I think it stands out on the shelves better. I like the way it cooks up and tastes. It's not a true replacement for a really good traditional pasta, but then again, I haven't tried a product that is. The new recipe has lessened the amount of "film" that is produced when it is cooked. I think it's amazing that the ingredient list is so short. I also think the nutritional information is wonderful. I would purchase this pasta again, especially paired with a sale. I would also recommend this product to my family."
