I enjoyed eating the Lundberg Family Farms Cilantro Lime Rice made with regenerative organic certified white rice product. When I opened the top of the package a little, I could see that the rice was all in one big lump, so I wasn't expecting much. However, during the 90 seconds in the microwave, the package expanded quite a bit, and the rice did fluff out. Not all bagged rice like this fluff out. It was a nice tannish color with little visible specks of green cilantro. I thought the flavor was enjoyable and the rice mixed very well with the rest of my dish. The price was comparable to other bagged rice. The product was hard to find though. Most of the Marianos locations only had the big bags of Lundberg and not the 90-second small instant bags. I had to look up which locations carried it. I would recommend this product since it was easy to make and tasted great. I would also purchase it again if it was in a Mariano's location nearby. This product was located on the shelf with all the other rice/bean/pasta items, so it was very easy to find.
